Every timepiece sold by Luxury Watches Off is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. We stand behind the authenticity and quality of every watch we ship.
What's covered
- Defects in the movement (inaccurate timekeeping beyond the manufacturer's specification, or mechanical failure under normal use)
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- A timepiece that stops working under normal wear
- Loss of water resistance within the watch's stated rating
What's not covered
- Physical or accidental damage, including cracked crystals, dents, or damage from drops and impacts
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the case, bracelet, or clasp
- Damage resulting from service, repair, or modification by an unauthorized third party
- Straps and bands worn through regular use
- Water damage caused by use beyond the watch's stated water-resistance rating
How to make a claim
Email support@luxurywatchesoff.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos (and video, if possible) showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem and when it started
Our team will review your claim and respond with the next steps, including shipping instructions if the watch needs to be sent in for assessment.
Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will — at our discretion — repair the watch, replace it with the same or an equivalent model, or issue a refund. Our goal is always the fastest resolution that puts a perfect watch back on your wrist.
