Where is my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–5 business days anywhere in the USA, fully insured.
Tracking your shipment
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the shipping confirmation email from Luxury Watches Off.
- Click the carrier link in the email to see real-time tracking updates.
- Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the tracking number to activate in the carrier's system.
Tracking not moving?
Carriers occasionally take a little longer to scan packages during transit. If your tracking shows no movement for 4 or more days, email us at support@luxurywatchesoff.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
